Shipping Duration & Charges

www.capapiesports.com is currently shipping all over the world.

At www.capapiesports.com we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest time frame possible.

Shipping Duration:

All products are shipped out between 45 working days for international orders and 25 working days for Domestic orders depending on the product category. For more information, please refer to the ‘Shipping’ tab on the product detail page.

Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

In situations beyond www.capapiesports.com control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, www.capapiesports.com will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.


Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

As per our policy, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product, we have established a simple and efficient process to address your concerns within 7 days of the delivery for Domestic orders and 15 days for International Orders.

To ensure a smooth resolution, we kindly request you to follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Do Not Accept the Parcel if Damaged:

    If the external packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel. Instead, notify the delivery person immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.

  2. Make a Video while Opening the Parcel:

    To expedite the resolution process, we encourage you to make a video while opening the parcel. This video should clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting any damage or defects observed. This footage will assist us in understanding the issue and expediting your grievance.

  3. Submit the Grievance:

    Email the grievance to info@capapiesports.org Our customer support team will review your submission promptly.

  4. Wait for Confirmation:

Our team will assess your grievance within 48 hours of receiving mail with a video. You will be contacted via the email address provided with further instructions.


Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

www.capapiesports.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
